What happens after the 7-day trial?
After 7 days, Paddle bills Solo or Pro (monthly or annual, USD). $0 due today during the trial. Cancel in Settings → Billing before it ends and you are not charged.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes. Paddle collects a card at checkout; $0 due today. Billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Settings → Billing. Cancel in trial: no charge. After billing: access lasts through the current period.
Does signup create a new company?
Yes. Each signup creates your company workspace — that name appears on quotes, invoices, and the client portal.
I was invited to a team — should I sign up?
No. Open the invite link and set your password. Signing up again creates a second workspace.
What’s the difference between Solo and Pro?
Solo ($39/mo): one seat — projects, quotes, invoices, touring, equipment, reports. Pro ($99/mo): rentals, unlimited seats with roles, AI, and activity log.
Who owns my data?
You do. Projects, quotes, invoices, clients, and equipment stay in your workspace. Cueops does not sell show data — see Privacy.
Who processes payments?
Paddle.com is Merchant of Record for Cueops subscriptions (USD). Client quote/invoice payments are separate — you collect those.
