Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (also called our terms and conditions) are an agreement between you and Cueops for use of the software at cueops.app. By creating an account, starting a trial, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy.

The product

Cueops is subscription software for managing projects, quotes, invoices, equipment, and touring workflows for lighting, VJ, and live sound crews. Plans and prices are shown in USD on our website before you pay.

Tool, not accountant. Cueops provides software only. You remain responsible for your own tax, legal, and accounting obligations. Documents generated here are not official e-invoices unless you connect a compliant provider separately.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Purchases are also subject to Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle collects payment, tax, and billing details. We do not store your card number.

Accounts, trials, and subscriptions

Paid plans and free trials require an account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share them. Notify us of unauthorized use at hello@cueops.app.

Solo and Pro include a 7-day free trial ($0 due today). After the trial, Paddle bills the plan you selected (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Recurring charges and the amount you are committing to are shown in checkout before you pay. You can update payment method, download invoices, or cancel in the Paddle customer portal from Settings → Billing, or via your Paddle receipt.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy and in Paddle’s Refund Policy. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued.

Your data

You own the client and job data you enter. We process it to operate the service. See the Privacy Notice for details.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves. We may update these terms; the date below is the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Cueops is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool.
