Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice (also called our privacy policy) explains how Cueops handles personal data for customers and trial users (GDPR / KVKK-aligned summary). It covers the software at cueops.app.

Who is responsible

Cueops operates this service. Contact us at hello@cueops.app.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, tax, and checkout data are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. See Paddle’s Privacy Notice for how Paddle uses that data.

What we store

Account credentials (hashed passwords), company settings, clients, projects, quotes, invoices, and related operational data you enter. Optional: email delivery logs when notifications are enabled. Billing is handled by Paddle; we store subscription and customer identifiers needed to sync access. We do not store card numbers.

Why we process data

To provide the product, authenticate users, send transactional email you request, process subscriptions through Paddle, and improve reliability. Legal bases include performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in running a secure service, and legal obligations where they apply. Bases can vary by jurisdiction.

Where data is hosted

Application hosting on Vercel; database on Neon (EU region when configured). Subprocessors change only as needed to run the service.

Retention

Workspace data is kept while your account is active. After cancellation we delete or archive within a reasonable period, unless law requires longer retention. Self-serve export and workspace deletion are in Settings → Billing. You can also email support from your admin address.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal limits, by contacting hello@cueops.app. We will verify you are an admin of the workspace before acting. Paddle requests for payment data should go to paddle.net.

Cookies

Session cookies are required for login and security. No third-party advertising cookies.
