Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cueops handles personal data for customers and trial users (KVKK / GDPR-aligned summary).

Controller. Cueops operates this service. Contact us at the support or billing email shown in the product or on your Paddle receipts.

What we store. Account credentials (hashed passwords), company settings, clients, projects, quotes, invoices, and related operational data you enter. Optional: email delivery logs when notifications are enabled. Billing is handled by Paddle; we store subscription and customer identifiers needed to sync access.

Why. To provide the product, authenticate users, send transactional email you request, process subscriptions, and improve reliability.

Where. Application hosting on Vercel; database on Neon (EU region when configured). Subprocessors change only as needed to run the service.

Retention. Workspace data is kept while your account is active. After cancellation we delete or archive within a reasonable period, unless law requires longer retention. Self-serve export and workspace deletion are in Settings → Billing. You can also email support from your admin address.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal limits, by contacting support. We will verify you are an admin of the workspace before acting.

Cookies. Session cookies are required for login and security. No third-party advertising cookies.
